 Fire Detection 

OLS install all grades of Fire detection systems.

Commercial:

Did you know? Under the regulatory reform order 2005 (Fire and Safety) you must have a working fire alarm installed throughout your building or place of work.

OLS can offer full installation of Fire Detection systems up to the UK standards, we additionally can offer a hassle free yearly maintenance contract. The servicing of fire detections systems should be carried out on a quarterly basis as recommended in the British Standards Code of Practice BS 5839, and our maintenance does cover all basis necessary.

Domestic:

We can offer full fire detection installation which can include emergency lighting. Smoke detectors can be added to any intruder alarm system, this is ideal because all of your safety needs can be met in one easy device, meaning batteries will not require changing

Landlords:

We can offer full standalone fire alarms on all student dwellings.

OLS can take over any existing systems and make ensure the system is up to required standards.

Access control

Access control can be carried out in a number of different ways to best suit the customers we are providing these services for. We offer the following types of access control to our customers:

· Door Entry Intercom System – This can be done internally and externally

· Door Video Entry Intercom System – This can be done internally and externally

It is worth noting that access control is specific to different needs, so a survey will need to be carried out prior to installation to ensure the customer has the appropriate equipment that is required. 

CCTV

We can design, install, and maintain a wide range of CCTV systems, that can capture the intruders every move to give you a total peace of mind. We install a wide range of systems, from 2 camera systems to 16+.

OLS can install a very wide range of systems, from Nanny Cams to Domestic properties to commercial industries. With extensive knowledge we are confident offering many different types of systems to suit individual needs.

All CCTV footage taken will conform to the Data protection act, this means that footage can be used as evidence footage to aid to prosecution, vindication or otherwise;

Important Note: Footage required to be used on an evidence basis must have a high resolution quality otherwise there is a substantial risk of such imagery being dismissed as evidence.
